1. The service

Kislorod Autopost is an internal tool of KislorodЪ, a hotel and event venue in Zlatoust, Russia. It publishes the hotel's own content from its Instagram account to its own TikTok account. It is operated by the hotel for its own accounts only and is not offered to third parties.

2. Content

All content published through the app is created or owned by KislorodЪ. The hotel is responsible for its content and for complying with the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines and Instagram Terms of Use.

3. Publishing

Depending on the settings, content is either sent to the TikTok inbox for manual confirmation by the account owner or published directly with the owner's consent given when connecting the account. Access can be revoked at any time in TikTok settings.

4. Data

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Warranty

The app is provided "as is" for the hotel's internal use, without warranties of any kind.

1. Сервис

Kislorod Autopost — внутренний инструмент отеля и площадки для событий «КислородЪ» (Златоуст). Он публикует собственные материалы отеля из его аккаунта Instagram в его же аккаунт TikTok. Инструмент используется отелем только для своих аккаунтов и третьим лицам не предоставляется.

2. Материалы

Все публикуемые материалы созданы отелем «КислородЪ» или принадлежат ему. Отель отвечает за свои материалы и за соблюдение условий TikTok, правил сообщества TikTok и условий Instagram.

3. Публикация

В зависимости от настроек публикация либо приходит во входящие TikTok и подтверждается владельцем аккаунта вручную, либо выходит сразу — с согласия владельца, данного при подключении аккаунта. Доступ можно отозвать в любой момент в настройках TikTok.

4. Данные

Обработка данных описана в Политике конфиденциальности.

5. Гарантии

Инструмент предоставляется «как есть» для внутреннего использования отелем, без каких-либо гарантий.
